I got this watch about a month ago. I had just gotten a job at a call centre (I know, not the most glamorous job, but stay with me!). I wore the watch to work as a style accessory and to look sharp, not because I have to wear a watch (I have a clock on my screen right in front of me). The next Thursday I received an email from the management telling all employees to dress up and look our best the following Monday, as an important client was to come visit the office and we needed to make an impression. To my surprise my name was mentioned in the email as an example of how to look professional and put together! I had never talked to the woman who send out the mail, but she had noticed me even though I had only been working there less than a week. The next day I met her in the hall way and asked why she had mentioned me in the email: She told me that the fact that I had worn such a classy watched showed great initiative to my colleagues. Since then I noticed how people look at me different when I wear this watch, and Yesterday I was offered a supervising position at my company after only working here little over a month! I was offered the position because the head of my department feel I had a lot to offer and great professional attitude, even if I don't have the credentials or experience of some of my colleagues.
